Let's keep
it going...

Visual identity establishes the foundation from which Sentry’s design system grows. It sets the underlying logic, tone, and emotional range that allow every interface, interaction, and message to feel connected rather than assembled. More than visual consistency, it creates a system with intelligence and style; modern and precise, yet human at its core. In a landscape of increasingly complex tools, design becomes how Sentry translates capability into connection, turning powerful services into experiences people trust and understand.
Smarter. More fun. By design.

02.

Identity Alignment and Logo System

A balanced and strategic approach that focuses on clarity, alignment, and long term usefulness.

This option addresses a broader question. What should the identity be doing for Sentry as a business today.

Scope

A founder alignment session or workshop
Clarification of the role the logo and identity play across product, brand, and web
Refined or newly developed logo directions
Primary logo and supporting secondary marks
Usage principles and system logic
Guidance on how the identity supports the full customer experience

This work reframes the logo as part of a larger system rather than a standalone mark. It creates cohesion across touchpoints and aligns closely with ongoing website exploration.

Investment

$35,000 to $45,000

Best suited for

Teams ready to create alignment and momentum without committing to a full identity overhaul. This option provides clarity, structure, and confidence while remaining focused and practical.

03.

Full Identity Evolution

A comprehensive identity engagement designed to position the brand for the next phase of growth. This option answers a long range question. What should Sentry look and feel like over the next five to seven years

Scope

Deep discovery and positioning work
Logo redesign
Full identity system development
Typography and color logic, whether refined or newly defined
Guidelines and rollout considerations

This is a complete identity evolution that establishes a durable foundation for future growth and expression.

Investment

$65,000 to $85,000

Best suited for

Teams seeking a decisive and forward looking identity shift with long term impact.

04. NEW

Logo Evolution Sprint

A focused design exploration to evolve the existing Sentry logo.

This option is intended to answer a practical but important question:
Does the current logo still reflect where Sentry is today, or would a refined evolution better support clarity, confidence, and scale?

Rather than starting over, this sprint builds directly on Sentry’s existing equity, exploring strategic refinements that sharpen the mark and improve how it shows up across modern brand touchpoints.

Scope

A brief alignment conversation with key stakeholders

Three refined logo evolution directions, each grounded in the existing mark

Explorations focused on form, proportion, geometry, and detail refinement

High-level design rationale to clarify intent and tradeoffs (not a full identity system)

This work is intentionally design-led and execution-focused, prioritizing visual craft and practical improvement over research-heavy or strategy-driven outputs.

Outcome

This sprint is designed to surface clear, comparable design options while testing how changes in form, proportion, and detail perform in real world conditions such as scale, density, and digital environments so decisions are grounded in use, not theory.

Investment

$15,000 flat

This investment includes the scope outlined above. Additional review cycles, expanded revisions, or deeper exploration beyond the initial directions may impact cost and timeline and would be discussed collaboratively if needed.

Best suited for

Teams who want to refine and modernize an existing logo, explore multiple design directions efficiently, and make confident decisions—without committing to a full identity overhaul.

WORK
EXAMPLES.

A logo never stands alone. It lives inside a system shaped by product, motion, typography, and scale. The following examples show how identity work performs across real environments, and how small decisions at the core can have outsized impact.

01.

Identity Exploration Sprint

A focused exploration designed to evaluate the current logo and its role within the brand.

This option is intended to answer a simple but important question. Is the logo itself the issue, or is it how the logo is being used and expressed today.

Scope

A short discovery conversation with founders
A visual audit of the existing logo across real brand contexts
Two to three exploratory logo directions or evolutions
High level rationale and perspective rather than a full system

This work is designed to inform decision making, not to force change. It creates space to explore possibilities in a controlled and low risk way.

Investment

$18,000 to $22,000

Best suited for

Teams who want to explore new ideas, pressure test assumptions, and better understand the opportunity before committing to broader identity work.

Scope & Approach

We’ve outlined three distinct approaches to identity work, each designed to answer a different level of question for Sentry. They range from controlled exploration to full system definition, allowing the team to engage at the depth that feels appropriate right now. Each option is intentional, complete in itself, and designed to reduce risk while increasing clarity. The goal is not to force a rebrand, but to give Sentry a smart, structured way to understand what its identity should be doing and how far it should go.
